  • BPLO: Verify and Validate the application form including requirements.
  • BACKROOM OPERATIONS
  • MEO/MHO/MPDO: Verify records and endorse the application to approve/disapprove.
  • BPLO: Assess taxes, fees, and other charges and issue a Tax Order of Payment.
  • BFP: Issue Order of Payment for FSIC.

STEP 2: PAY

  • MTO: Issue Official Receipt after payment has been received.
  • BACKROOM OPERATIONS
  • BFP: Issue Official Receipt for FSIC.

STEP3: CLAIM

  • BPLO: Release the approved Mayor’s Permit, Business Plate/Sticker, and other Clearances.

  4. AUTHORITY TO USE OF PLACE OF BUSINESS (PROOF OF OWNERSHIP/CONTRACT OF LEASE)
  5. SKETCH OF THE BUSINESS LOCATION
  6. RECEIPT OF THE REAL PROPERTY TAX PAYMENT

RENEWAL

  1. BASIS FOR COMPUTING TAXES (ITR, BIR Quarterly/Monthly, Financial Statement, etc.)
  2. BARANGAY BUSINESS CLEARANCE
  3. COMMUNITY TAX CERTIFICATE (CEDULA) INDIVIDUAL/CORPORATION
  4. PREVIOUS YEAR MAYOR’S PERMIT
  5. RECEIPT OF THE REAL PROPERTY TAX PAYMENT
